Good day- Do I need A1 at 15 or 16 for this? Motorbikes with a cubic capacity of no more than 50 cm³ and an engine power of no more than 4 kW and max. 45 km/h are from 15, but I don't see where I can check the cubic capacity and engine power. Many thanks in advance for the answer.

Do I need a licence plate? Insurance?

It's in the description, A1 permit and yes, it needs both. Only up to 25 km/h it doesn't need anything.
