Hi, That"s a very good question. the max output on 1 USB-C outlet is 100W Max total output is actually 130W. Scenario: 100W Laptop, iPhone and a Tablet are connected. Laptop will get it's 100W, iPhone will get it's 18W for USB-C fastcharge and the Tablet will get 12W over USB-A. or the other way around if you put the tablet on the second USB-C Port. According to Microsoft the battery is about 6000 mah, the external battery has 25200 mah, in theory 4 times. But of course it also depends on whether you use the computer simultaneously or not I guess, this is just an indication, we could not test this product with a laptop.

Yes, if your charger has a usb 3⚡️ output. That would take about 2-3 hours. Either way . 304 Titanium is super , with so much W make sure you have a good cable.

Hello. You cannot simply replace a power supply unit with a power bank. Then you have to take a powerbank with a power connection and you would also have to see what power it provides. To be able to charge a device with the powerbank, your end device must support PD (Power Delivery) via USB C.
Unfortunately, there is no powerbank with 3 USB C and 1 USB A in the Digitec and Galaxus range.

Other USB-C cables also work for me. However, my notebook (HP) or the Powebank have trouble recognising whether charging or discharging is required. After plugging and unplugging 3-4 times it checks it. This problem does not occur with tablets or mobiles. So it might not be the cable, but a standard. Good luck!

Several possible sources. Is the laptop port compatible for power delivery? Is the cable compatible with the minimum wattage required for the laptop to charge? Is it the battery that charges the laptop and not the other way around?

There are still a few airlines that limit a 95Wh upper capacity limit. Most set the value at 99 or 100Wh. I assume that the marginally smaller powerbank was built not to exceed the 95Wh limit. I have the larger one and am very happy with it. Never had any problems when flying. With PD, a higher output power (100W) means that a higher output voltage can be achieved. This in turn increases compatibility with devices that require the high charging voltage (mostly laptops). I would definitely choose the XB304 over the XB303 again.
I have an HP business notebook. I don't know if it is a Spectre model. Charging works, but the powerbank (...or possibly the notebook) has problems recognising whether it is being charged or has to supply power. After plugging it in 2-3 times, it works properly. For me, the capacity of the XB304 is enough for a full charge of the notebook.

Yes, any USB-C charger should work.
It doesn't have pd 3.0 and I don't know if it can charge a laptop. An iPad 12.9 2020 charges it 1.5 times.
