Questions about Xiaomi Conference TapCast

Why is the Conference TapCast not available for an indefinite period of time?

And what do you do if it doesn't work at all? I bought it in the spring for my holiday because it was praised as 'works easily and without installation. Did not work. Wanted to see if I could get it to work again. It is connected to a Surface Laptop4 - I would think that Display Port is supported. Green steady light comes on, press the button, it does something, then the basic screen appears again. Just doesn't work at all. Unfortunately, there is no support or firmware downloads on the Xiaomi website. Does anyone else have any ideas or similar experiences?

Is it possible to order the transmitter separately? 2 transmitters/1 receiver on the TV

Can I control two monitors with one tapcast, so that both monitors are recognised as individual screens, without having to plug two transmitters into my laptop? And if I have 2 transmitters, is it possible to use the same receiver alternately?

The 4k transmission is at how many hertz? And what is the latency of the transmission?

Really top for the price. Plug it in and start running smoothly. I wanted to feed the HDMI stick with power from the USB of the Epson beamer, but unfortunately it didn't work. Now it's connected to a separate charger. The dongles are not sold individually, so I have a question: Can I use several dongles alternately for transmission on one HDMI stick? If so, I would immediately buy a second set to avoid having to switch between users at the meeting.

I have to present rankings for several categories on monitors from my computer. That means, computer in the competition office, monitor/TV in the room next door. a) Is this possible as there is no direct visual contact? b) Do I have to have one transmit/receive unit per TV? Or does the transmitter also transmit to several receivers?
