And what do you do if it doesn't work at all? I bought it in the spring for my holiday because it was praised as 'works easily and without installation. Did not work. Wanted to see if I could get it to work again. It is connected to a Surface Laptop4 - I would think that Display Port is supported. Green steady light comes on, press the button, it does something, then the basic screen appears again. Just doesn't work at all.
Unfortunately, there is no support or firmware downloads on the Xiaomi website. Does anyone else have any ideas or similar experiences?

I've never had the screen transfer not work at all. However, we have had problems with a new Macbook where the mouse stopped working. I would ask Galaxus for a new device. Maybe it really is defective. That can happen...
