I always have Bluetooth switched off and transmit all data once a day. And it has always sent me all the data so far. I have to say that I have never recorded several ECGs.
Here is the answer from our product department: German seems to be mentioned here because it is the main language of our shop, after all the headquarters are in Zurich. I don't know why they didn't choose multilingual as there is no watch specially designed for the German region. There are only different models for different regions and in this case it is Europe. Indeed, the watch does not perform well in this respect. I have a Huawei bracelet that seems better. But I've just bought the Sleep Analyzer from Withings to put under the mattress and it's much more accurate and specialises in detecting sleep apnoea and even snoring. But it's still money to spend, except that it costs less than a session in a specialized institute, if it's just for a regular follow-up and as a preventive measure.
With the iPhone, there is no problem. The Watch works very well with the programmed actions. Of course, the font is very small. Anyway, my wife and I are very satisfied with the Watch because you have to charge it after 14 days.

What a rare stupid question
As i understand this comment is FALSE. All Functions are available in the EU incl. Switzerland. ScanWatch has received CE medical certification in Europe The clinical functions are NOT available in the US. The watch is although not available in the US. Reason: The FDA approval in the United States is pending.
