For a category 6 cable like this, its transmission speed would be 10Gbit/s according to the Wiki (because I can't find the info on this page). I bought this cable a few months ago, my internet subscription allows me to have 200Mbit/s (confirmed on another PC with another cable), but I can't get more than 95Mbit/s. Is this normal? Is it the copper cable that limits this?

This is certainly not a problem with the cable... The network card of the PC and the possible switch or router port must have a 1 Gbit/s port and not 100 Mbit/s... to be seen on that side.
