You have to turn this cap in the other direction, which surprised me. I think it has to do with the self-release, because of the direction of rotation.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to buy it individually but you can make a request by writing to galaxus@galaxus.ch.
Our product department has informed us that the supplier has the possibility to send it directly. You will have to write to us with your order number.
only with enough distance! in my case, 2 are 180 degrees apart with a distance of approx. 3m and it works so well with the individual control... apart from that, each venti still has buttons on the device itself.
