Hello Should not be a problem. Your mainboard supports M.2 2280, but you need to make sure that if you occupy the M.2 slot and it is in SATA mode, your SATA port 1 will be disabled. Quote from the manual: "When M.2 socket 3 is in SATA mode, SATA port 1 is disabled". kind regards
