Correction to my first question, which was completely wrong :-( Hi, I bought the game through Digitec, but I did NOT get a key or download link. It still says that the product has not been delivered. Where and how should I be able to download the game, or get a link for it? Mail? Thanks

So if it hasn't been delivered yet, then no email has been sent about it. You can see the status in the user account. Maybe the order has to be processed manually or there is a problem in the system. But the best thing to do is to contact customer service.
