I want to use it for my tutorials with my mobile phone...which ring light is best equipped for this?

Yes, but unfortunately they are NOT included in the scope of delivery and must be ordered separately.
It is in a fixed position. Great quality and features with the light colours. Stand is also sturdy, can mount a Nikon D3100, teleprompter, 8inch tablet and it is fine.
