Questions about VTech Kidizoom Touch 5.0

What is the difference between this and the Kidizoom 5.0 (DE), which costs just under 100?!

Hello, there are two kinds of kidizoom touch, one at around 72 francs and one at 149 francs. What are the differences? Thank you

Why is there a price difference between the French and German versions? What's more, the dimensions aren't the same, yet it's the same product?

It says that the language is "French". I assume this only refers to the packaging? I assume that in the setup of the camera it is somehow possible to set e.g. "German" or "English" as the language? Do I see this correctly? Thank you very much.
