Yes, you can track the e-scooter with your iPhone. There is the VMAX e-scooter app, which is compatible with iOS 16.0 or later and was specially developed for models such as the VX4. The app connects to the scooter via Bluetooth, displays important data and offers functions such as precise range display, navigation and route planning.

The light intensity is good enough for a speed of 20 km/h

The VMAX VX4 NEW is not labelled GT/LT/ST, so it is the old version. Incidentally, the NEW has delivered up to 3300W peak in tests :-)

According to the manufacturer, a range of 100 km is correct.

The standard PIN is 1234. To activate it, you have to set "Password enable" in the menu to "Yes", then enter the new code and press and hold the "Gear" button for several seconds. In many cases, however, this does not work reliably, presumably due to a firmware error or input problem. A solution may be a firmware update or consultation with VMAX support.

Unfortunately, we have not yet received a purchase offer, which is why we currently have no further information.

I have no precise information on whether the battery in the model in question is removable. It is advisable to consult the product manual or contact the manufacturer directly to obtain this information.

This is due to the subterranean quality of Vmax and the complete absence of quality control. My VX4 had half a dozen defects after unpacking. Your only option is to make use of the "service" and then be patient. Either way, you shouldn't even try to repair anything yourself. The scooter is absurdly expensive, so don't make any compromises and insist on flawless goods.

No, there is a Sport and an Eco mode. Both limited to approx. 22 km/h. Sport mode simply has more power, accelerates faster and pulls up hills better. I have had the device for about 4 months now and am very happy with it. The only disadvantages are the folding mechanism and the weight.
