Unfortunately, I had to exchange the unit because the plug for the power was not usable in Switzerland. However, I think I remember that it is a German make. I hope I have helped you anyway. Kind regards

Extremely unhappy with this product: 1) the plastic edges of the device look like it had been used before; 2) the package looked likeopened as well; 3) on the metal part of the product there were fingerprints; 4) product of bad quality: the lid is shaky, does not close properly; 5) the stiropor part is old and smelly. 6) not possible to return product because opened package (how the heck is one supposed to know what's insides?!); I will order by Amazon next time. Do not buy. 63 lost.

Quite correct. These are very low quality products. Mine did not survive long. I would not blame Galaxus though. It will be just as bad from any amazon vendor.
