Yes, the data can be synchronised with Apple Health. Among other things, the following data is written to Apple Health: Heart rate, body temperature, activity energy, resting energy, sleep, steps and some similar values

The ring is water-resistant to a depth of 100 metres (10 ATM) and is therefore suitable for swimming and snorkelling. You can also wear it in the sea without hesitation. The case is made of robust titanium with a protective tungsten carbide coating, which makes it durable and water-resistant.
The Ultrahuman Ring AIR typically comes with a charger included. This is indicated by the official product descriptions, which mention that the ring includes a charging cable and a standard Ring Charger. Therefore, you should not need to purchase a charger separately.
The data from the Ultrahuman Ring Air can be integrated with Strava. This integration makes it possible to synchronise Strava data into the Ultrahuman app, which is ideal for users who use Strava for fitness activities.
Hello, that's right, you don't need a plan for the Ultrahuman Ring.
For me, the ring is not an alternative, but an additional and useful gadget. It gives me various data, e.g. also on sleep, which fascinates me (without activation as with the Apple Watch).
The only negative point for me is that I have to charge the ring every 72 hours, which is far more often than advertised.
Otherwise, I'm very happy with it and it feels great to wear.
Not a direct answer to the question, but probably helpful nonetheless. I used the following table from Ultrahuman (see link below) to determine my ring size by wrapping a strip of paper around my finger, marking the circumference with a line and following the measured value in mm in the 'Circumference' column to the corresponding value in the 'Ultrahuman Ring AIR Sizes' column. My ring size 12 was spot on.

If the link does not work: Google search 'ultrahuman ring sizing', images, ring sizing chart. I also tried the Ultrahuman app to determine the ring size, but that didn't work.

The vital data is also synchronised with the smartphone afterwards. This means that this data is also recorded during the swim. Only the GPS tracking cannot be recorded without a smartphone connection.
Yes, you can also use the ring in salt water, then simply wash it off with normal water before using it again. So it does work (:
You can also take out insurance afterwards, preferably via the app or the support team at
Ultrahuman.
