Hello all. I saw in the product description that the chamber is suitable for indoor use. But I have also seen it used outdoors. I am therefore not sure who to believe. It's not about complete waterproofing. Just moisture like mist or small splashes. Maybe someone has some experience or knowledge.

I would like to mount the camera on a wall to observe a door that is on the same wall (angle between camera and door thus 180 degrees). Can the camera be adjusted so that my project is possible?

Hello all I would like to integrate the G3 Dome, with all its functions, into my synology surveillance station. I have found a lot on the net, but have not received a definitive answer that satisfies me. When I manually integrate a camera into my synology surveillance station, Ubiquiti Dome is available as a selection. Thank you for your answer. Greetings Markus

Hello, no battery operation. Regarding the instant alert on the phone no idea, I use it with the Unifi Video centralized application and there is no instant alert.

I would like to replace my old wireless cameras outside. Since I already have the USG and various APs from Unifi, something like this is obvious. Unfortunately, I only have power connections outside and the tubes are so full that, according to the electrician, no Lan cable will fit through. My idea now would be to realise this with Powerline. Question: Are there any small outdoor powerline devices (protected against moisture, but which would have to withstand the temperatures) which also supply sufficient PoE (Unifi is somewhat special with PoE)?

Does the camera have a web interface where I can view the image directly in the browser, i.e. without the UBNT video software?

Does anyone know an easy way to install the UBNT control software on an older QNAP NAS (TS-239 II+ Atom processor)? Or does it work with QNAP Surveillance Station?
