Questions about Trisa Humid Air 1

Landi offers a humidifier called "Prima Vista" at a price of 44.95 CHF (excl. shipping costs). When I compare the pictures and specs with the product offered by you "Trisa Humid Air 1", it seems to be the same product but with a different brand name and a higher price ? "Humidifier Prima Vista 3,9 l" from Landi. Can you confirm this for me?

Does it switch on again if you switch it off and on again while it is in operation? or do you have to switch it on again manually after each disconnection from the mains?

I have had the humidifier for about a month now. Yesterday, the tank ran completely empty and I wasn't at home to fill it up again. Now the unit won't start even if I've turned it off for a whole night. Has this happened to anyone else or is this simply a warranty issue?
