Hello, With a (free) customer account on the Swiss Post website, you can manage the delivery of your parcels according to your current needs, for example by specifying a specific delivery day. On our own site, it's important to tick the box at checkout to indicate that you would like the goods to be delivered by Swiss Post rather than Planzer. Alternatively, you can contact our teams so that we can postpone shipment until Friday: https://www.galaxus.ch/help

You can use a microSD card with a capacity of up to 512 GB for the TP-Link Tapo C225 V1. It is recommended to choose cards with high endurance specifically designed for continuous read and write operations to ensure stable performance. Note that certain models such as the Samsung EVO Plus U3 are not supported.

Hello, I have not yet had this error message with C225, but I know something like this from other devices, such as Dashcms. It is very difficult for normal users to find the cause. Sometimes it helps to reformat the SD card with a PC and then repeat the formatting in the target device, in this case C225. If this does not help, the only option is to replace the SD card, which can usually be used in another device without any problems. Good luck

Yes, you can control or monitor the camera remotely via the app on your iPhone without the need for a subscription. You can use the app to view the live feed and play back videos as long as the camera is connected to the internet. However, you cannot save videos or photos directly via the iPhone recording function, as the camera itself saves the recordings on a memory card.

The camera has a very good resolution, even at night. The motion detection also works very well, it would certainly be worth a try.

Answer : You can use the camera or watch the live view without an internet connection, but please make sure that both your phone and the camera are connected to the same wireless network. Note: Motion detection or any other service linked to the TP-Link Cloud will not work if there is no internet access.

Hello, there is a thread in the base so that you can use a tripod, for example. There are also various additional parts for mounting. These are usually based on a small plastic disc that can be inserted bayonet-style in the camera and these in turn can be screwed or glued on.

Hello, I have the same problem. I have tried EVERYTHING I have found on TP-Link, YouTube and other forums. Since I have two other Tapo cameras (not the C225) that work without problems, I am convinced that the problem is with the camera or the firmware. No matter which 2.4Ghz network I tried, I always got an error message. I have also used networks with and without a password. The same error message always came up. Has anyone managed to connect the camera?
