With a (free) customer account on the Swiss Post website, you can manage the delivery of your parcels according to your current needs, for example by specifying a specific delivery day. On our own site, it's important to tick the box at checkout to indicate that you would like the goods to be delivered by Swiss Post rather than Planzer.
