I have the cameras from TP Tapo, I want TP Vigi can I use the same app for both, does anyone know Thanks

I have the same configuration and unfortunately it doesn't work with the same app. I am therefore very dissatisfied with Tapo's policy.

The product is supplied without a power supply unit (a pity). As I don't have a POE switch, I need a suitable power supply unit. I am looking for a 230V power supply with the correct plug (no universal power supply adjustable with many matching sockets) Thank you for your help

Unfortunately, the power supply unit is not included in the scope of delivery. According to the manufacturer, the camera can either be connected to a PoE power supply unit or an external power supply unit.
