The hard drive has a warranty of 5 years. The specification will be corrected as soon as possible.

After receipt, enter into the Toshiba warranty tool and check whether the warranty is valid.
Problems only occur with OEM discs, then exchange if necessary.
These discs here are filled with some kind of gas, afaik.

HDDs are packed as standard from the factory in an anti-static bag. We then take care of secure, padded delivery to the end customer.

I've also had them running at 50 degrees for some time, but you should bear in mind that this may have a negative effect on the lifespan. Alternatively, you could just leave the HDD housing open?

During the first two years, we will handle the warranty. After that, the hard drive can be reported & sent in via the manufacturer should a warranty claim arise.

After the expiry of 2 years, you must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims.
