Yes included are both a normal USB cable for the PC/laptop (to update maps etc.) and a cable for the fire lighter in the car.
The USB cable for the cigarette lighter is not only a cable with which you charge the navigation system. It is also a receiver that receives the traffic jam information. Otherwise, of course, every USB cable also charges the battery of the navigation system.
As far as I know, there is no official map of Iceland on any TomTom.
The device can speak Spanish and also has the Spanish street maps installed.

This product has many more countries (45) than the Central Europe model (19). I explicitly chose this model for use in Scandinavia this summer, and it worked perfectly.
