The product descriptions at Galaxus are constantly inadequate and/or incorrect. I have already written a few times about this and the answers were delayed or not at all and the corrections in the product description are again incorrect. I have now bought the Tineco Pure One S12 from another supplier.

Your descriptions are confusing and I'm wondering which is correct. You offer the Tineco Pure One S12 Tango N for Fr. 441 with the exact same manufacturer no. 606000.55.18, without a soft roller, but more expensive than the Tineco VS120100EU (it is the identical Tineco Pure One S12), which is cheaper and still supposed to have a soft roller. What else is there to believe?

Fabian mentioned 2 months ago that the accessories include a large motorised multifunction brush with LED lighting and an LED soft brush for hard floors are included. That means 2 large rollers - 1 x multifunction brush and 1 x soft roller? Only the crevice nozzle is mentioned under "Specifications" in the scope of delivery - quite confusing .....

There is no model "Tineco VS120100EU" on the Tinceo homepage. Where did you get this model? Only Galaxus and digitec sell this model. That's a bit mysterious, isn't it?

This is the EU version and we in Switzerland are the only ones who offer this product. In Germany there are several suppliers who also offer the product.

I did not have an extra battery. However, it lasts up to 90 minutes, depending on the application. If you give the slider full throttle, it lasts 10 minutes. The device is absolutely recommendable, it is better than any other vacuum cleaner I have had or tested.

Hello, is this model the PURE ONE S12 Pro EX listed on the Tineco homepage with the two batteries and the additional brush? The S12 Tango is not listed there, only the S11 Tango. If not, will the PURE ONE S12 Pro EX also be included in the Digitec range and if so, when?
