Are the specs in Galaxus accurate? Can we trust this marketplace? "90 g/min" is not true. Same as for other more powerful steamers. Why are they just not putting NA if they do not know?

There was probably an error in our supplier's specifications. The constant steam output is 30 g/min and the maximum steam output is 90 g/min. The details have been mixed up in the specifications and I will pass this on to the relevant department for checking.

Why is this product output presented at 90g/s (which is the boost and not the regular output reported by Tefal at 30g/s) and a similar product https://www.galaxus.ch/en/s2/product/tefal-access-steam-force-2000-w-30-gmin-clothes-steamers-21124222 presented with the actual 30g/s. It's confusing as those two products are virtually the same but the presentation makes it seem this one is three times the steam output. Also, not transparent to competing products.

I agree with you concerning the difference in output in the online descriptions. I am afraid that I have no real answer to your question. My feeling is that the output in steam could be better. Hope this helps.

Hello to all. Does it also annoy you when Digitec sells appliances and they are then fitted with a Schuko plug. It does come with an adapter, but that doesn't make up for it. I don't want to unplug all the devices I have plugged in (3 compartment sockets) and then plug them in again when I want to use the thing here.
