Once again, it's a duplicate article. I don't know what SE stands for (possibly EMEA), but WA stands for walnut (the colour).

Sounds like a defect to me, unfortunately - I couldn't find a common problem with this in various forums.
You can open a service case in the customer account and send in the device within your warranty, if the device still has it. I hope that this will help you quickly.
