You can put a card in there.
Hello, this is only the CA module for the CI slot in your TV. You need an additional card, which is not included to watch TV. For Swiss TV you can order this from broadcast.ch with registration only!
According to my research, the module works together with the Sat Access card for SRG/SRF in a Vu+ Zero 4K SAT receiver. The module is compatible with all SAT receivers that have a CI slot.
Probably yes, the receiver has 2 CI slots
Yes, that works.
The "sat access" viaccess cards of version V5.0 must be renewed (older versions are already blocked). In this case, reception is no longer possible. Further information at card.broadcast.ch The module cannot be inserted incorrectly. However, no pins in the TV or receiver must be bent (pushed over) (module sockets must not be damaged either). The receivers should be UHD-compatible and/or support HEVC or H.265 and contain an HbbTV function. Details: broadcast.ch/en/television/satellite-dvb-s#renewal-of-the-sat-access-card
With my TechnistarS6 it did not work with the Technicrypt VA from TechniSat it did It worked
I have only used the card together with a satellite reception, and it worked there.
Additional information to the previous speaker regarding duration of use: My old Viaccess module worked for about 7-8 years, then there were increasingly frequent reception faults on the coded channels SRF1 and SRF2. According to the SRF hotline, modules that are too old are no longer supported in updates and may no longer work at all. If the apartment is supplied via cable TV network, I recommend clarifying whether the SFR channels are switched on the cable network. With satellite reception it should not be a problem.
This is a module around which you can insert a card. I need this with the SRG card to receive the channels via satellite.
