According to the documentation on the manufacturer's homepage, it is 67Wh: https://www.swaytronic.ch/media/products/EMPA_Pr%C3%BCfbericht_Swaytronic_AIOJS.pdf -- depending on the airline, transport in the aircraft is therefore still (barely) permitted.
Hi;
No, this power starter has a starter cable in the set with two pliers for the battery.
That means connect the cable to the JumpStarter and the pliers first to the + then - terminal and start ;)

according to the manual, the five small LED dots above the 12V sockets indicate the charging status when the "on" button is pressed. On the product drawing (third to last picture) these are called "status LEDs".
Hoi Seeleopard
Well, I have purchased the Jump Starter and can say that almost all the adapters are already included. Which coupling exactly do you need? Otherwise, there are a few more things on the manufacturer's website at "https://www.swaytronic.ch/Electronics/Starthilfe/starthilfe-zubehoer/".
Greetings
Hi! Our Jumpstarter has a 12v/10a connection and a 19.5v / 3.5a connection on the side. There are various DC cables in the scope of delivery to connect them with external devices. Unfortunately there is no cable specifically for the battery of the Dji Phantom 4.
You can find the details on the product page under Specifications on the left-hand side by clicking on "Show more".
Then you will find the following:
Product dimensions
Length 23 cm
Width 8.70 cm
Height 2.70 cm
Weight 615 g
It should work fine if you have a 12v system.
If not 12v don’t use.
If 12v and still in doubt, disconnect your battery, connect your swaytronic(which is also li ion) start your motorbike. It has enough power to start an old 2 litre diesel (only just).
This is not a battery charger.
A good place to go for questions like this is the TSA (US Transportation Security Administration; they do passenger and baggage screening at US airports). There is this handy site here: https://apps.tsa.dhs.gov/mytsa/cib_home.aspx (as you can see from the domain, it is officially from the TSA); search for "lithium battery" and "jumper cables".
On the subject of batteries: For the past two years, the TSA (and in some cases European departure airports such as Amsterdam AMS) has required that for each battery [in hand luggage] you can show the matching device at the checkpoint and that this battery is intended for use in this device (e.g. camera batteries: you must have the matching camera with you).
Additionally, all lithium batteries belong in carry-on baggage (source: TSA, "What can I bring"), not in checked baggage.
If it helps: I bought this battery pack [1] (20,000 mAh) in the USA in February 2016 and took it with me to Switzerland in my hand luggage without any problems.
Please consider all information as non-binding - I am neither working for the TSA nor do I have any other expertise! All my information is based on personal experience.
And if I may give you a tip: if you tell the official at the security check (outbound and return flight) what you have with you, show them and explain, they are often very friendly and there are no problems.

Can the device - even 3-4 years after purchase, if fully charged - start a deeply discharged 2.5-3.0 litre diesel engine in winter? I am interested in this jump starter.
Unfortunately I couldn't find any independent tests / reviews, only info from Swaytronic and dealer sales pages. Feedback from Digitec/Galaxus customers suggests that the part works well with smaller car engines (and possibly relatively new equipment and/or in summer), but has failed with larger engines or in winter.
Many thanks at this point for any helpful answers.
