Questions about Suunto 9 Baro Red Gift Box with extra Leather Strap

Why do smartwatches always have such bad photos? A photo showing the thickness (from the side) is a must, because many smartwatches are right debris and extremely bulky. One reason why they are not popular with many customers. Even the Apple smartwatch is far too thick!

Will the model (Suunto 9 baro lime) be delivered as shown, i.e. with the sports strap and baro? I couldn't find anything on the Suunto homepage. The Suunto 9 lime only exists there without the baro and with a silicone strap.
