The ASRock has 2 x PCIe 4 Pin on the motherboard. Is that for these Molex connectors?

I have an As Rock 100+ board. There are 2 additional connectors in the board. I think they are called IDE. So that graphics cards with more than 3 pieces also have power there. Does the power supply have these cables?

IDE has nothing to do with graphics cards...ide is for hard disks or optical drives with the corresponding interface. do you want to use several graphic cards ? --> PCI express interfaces are necessary for this

Are all cables included with this power supply, i.e. Molex, mainboard, SATA etc. and to what extent? When can I expect delivery?

All cables are included in the specs you can see the exact listing. The delivery date is currently unknown. I expect a date around the end of June.
