Can the spotlight be switched off via the app?

Hi, as far as I know you can only configure it but not deactivate it. I'm currently overseas and the connection to the APP is via Bluetooth - which means I can't test it. Greetings Pete

I installed the new product on the outer wall as per instructions in the manual. After installation, the LED is not turning on, only the sensor is blinking red for few seconds and then switches off. Any troubleshooting tips or is the device faulty?
