Some installations only work with a 2.4 GHz WiFi protocol and do not work at all with 5 GHz. Could you please confirm that this Somfy installation works with both protocols. Thank you

Somfy's Essential pack includes what they call a Link Essential, which is a small, round device that is very discreet - more so than the Tahoma control unit - and provides a link with all the brand's other accessories. Could Galaxus please complete its offer with this item? Thank you.

This tool may be of interest to owners of detached houses and residents of ground floor flats. It is an independent "Alarm" system. It does not replace the Tahoma control centre! This is still required for overall control via the app.

Does the device recognise the RTS motors (e.g. 4 roller blinds) and can an assignment then be made to the radio transmitter with multiple channels (remote control)? My problem: after a reset of four roller blinds, I can now only switch the roller blinds in groups and no longer individually, as I can't reach the electrics (panelled under the roof)?

Yes, the switch recognises the motors and no, nothing can be sent to the radio transmitter...or I haven't found out how. I also decided in favour of the switch because of a similar problem.
