You can't adjust it, but you can press (continuously) on the bubble button to make it bubble lightly to firmly (as soon as it has too much bubble, it ''farts'' anyway from the sound).

No, there is no power connection. (It doesn't need to be: the appliance works mechanically, with the pressure of the gas cartridge).
The product is supplied with a 60l lending cylinder.
