Make sure that the bottle you are using is full. In my case, this only happens if there is too little pressure, i.e. the bottle is empty.
If this happens anyway, then the seal is probably ruined.
Log in to Galaxus and open the Orders option under your profile. Search for the order with the logan and open the return form. Fill in the form online and send it. You can choose whether you want to return the device to a Digitec-Galaxus store or have it sent back by post (with a postage fee). If it is under warranty, it will be replaced or the amount will be refunded.
Yes, the Sodapop Logan sparkling water makers (manufacturer number 10026030) are compatible with standard CO₂ cylinders on the market, including those from SodaStream.
The bottle has a mark for the maximum filling quantity (850ml). You must not exceed this otherwise you'll make a mess when fizzing. However, the bottle itself can be filled up to 1 litre.
Co2 bottles all fit. In my opinion, the amount of carbon dioxide doesn't quite come close to Sodaclub, but is still comparable to bought mineral water. In contrast to the entry-level Sofaclub, you don't have a water fight with the Logan and everything stays nice and dry.
I am not aware of any draining rack from the same manufacturer. I use a product from Wenko (Wenko Filia.). Although the rods are not quite as long as the Sodapop bottles, they stand well in the rack.
