No - you have to buy the cartridge separately... but the bubbler is TOP and the bottle in black matt = an eye-catcher - super device for the price.
Yes, a bottle is included with the bubbler....

Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not provide this information. It simply says that: The bottle has a volume of 1.1L. The filling line is 800 ml.
