According to my information this is not right. The Wraith Spire Cooler is 69mm and the maximum for this case is 61mm.
So either it doesn't fit, because the graphics card is too long, or then it's pretty tight. The manufacturer's specification says max. GPU length 10.5", which corresponds to 266.67mm. Whether the radiator can then still be attached at the front, from the space, etc... This would have to be tested effectively and is difficult to judge in theory.
