Does this enclosure come with or without a fan? It's not entirely clear to me from the description. According to the manufacturer's website, it comes without a fan, but the description above suggests that it comes with a fan.

The enclosure has: - 3 total spaces/openings for enclosure fans - 2 pre-installed fans (i.e. to two of these 3 spaces) - correspondingly 1 empty space for a third enclosure fan
