Thank you very much for pointing this out. A correction request has been sent.
Digitec should actually supply you with a CH plug free of charge. It's best to write to the support team.
This should be described in the installation instructions for the graphics card. But basically, all power connections of the graphics card also need power.
Thank you very much for your input. We are happy that this product suits your taste.
It is not an ATX 3.0 power supply. But the question is, what do you expect from ATX 3.0? It definitely has the new graphics card connector (12VHPWR) so that you can power an NVIDIA 4090, for example. I have the 1300 because my maximum load is between 600-700W and efficiency is best in that range. Have never experienced any power spikes that shut down the system. Again, think ATX 3.0 is just hype that costs money but doesn't really benefit the consumer.
We asked the supplier about this and he replied: "You need a C19-T23 cable (max. 16 A) or a C19-T12 cable (max. 10 A), which is not included in the delivery". The following model would normally fit: Steffen Adapter cable (1.50 m)
The wires are individually routed and very easy to install! Can highly recommend the power supply unit. With lots of accessories, top quality!

Thank you very much for pointing this out. Unfortunately, there was an error in the recording here. The warranty period has now been changed to 12 years.
According to our clarification with the manufacturer, this power supply unit was revised at the end of 2019.
In principle, an unnecessary question or even the promise of an official answer from Digitec does not have to be true if something is forgotten again. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or, alternatively, a suitable adapter if the mains cable is permanently connected. If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge. yes of course - I use it myself in this combination - good choice - very good power supply - just plug in 2 PCI-E 8 Pin and you're done :-)
At the moment, all delivery dates are very uncertain. Digitec, like all electronics retailers, has a number of open orders for which, unfortunately, due to the current situation, only very uncertain delivery times are given.
No, an adapter is the wrong solution! Since the cable is pluggable on a PC power supply, the whole cable can be replaced. This way, the plug is not so bulky and it fits much better into power strips and triple sockets. Call customer service and have it delivered (free of charge). - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Digitec is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. Many things are not right at Digitec Galaxus, the descriptions, the specifications or are incomplete and the guarantee is also not always stated correctly. Price errors are also possible.
Thanks for the info! The guarantee could now be corrected accordingly :-)
