I am not aware of a function called "Bubble Soak" on this machine. But there are 2 prewash programmes. The normal prewash should be generally known and serves as an additional wash cycle for slightly dirtier laundry. For heavily soiled laundry, this machine has a DeepL access button for the "Stain Intensive" prewash programme. As I do not have any heavily soiled laundry myself, I cannot make any binding statements about the functioning and the washing result.

Delivery is free of charge, but return is not. Under "Services" you can configure whether the old washing machine should still be collected and/or the new washing machine should be connected completely. Delivery with commissioning costs approx. 140 CHF Delivery with collection of the old washing machine costs approx. 30 CHF

It has such a small insert / separator that you can insert into the normal detergent compartment and then it works with liquid detergent.
