I am not aware of any instructions or special functions of the case. Just put the S20 in the case and the lock screen changes automatically and displays certain information even when the case is closed.

I charged my phone with the wireless charger and since then the magnet in the case that is supposed to activate the phone when it is opened no longer works. I have already tried it with the cover of a colleague who has the same cover and it still works with his cover. What can I do?

Take the phone out of the case, restart it and put it back in the case.

Which Wallet Cover fits the Samsung Galaxy S20 EE EU? I'm not sure if I've chosen the right one with the Samsung Wallet Cover Galaxy S20 FE. The wallet belongs to the blue colour group, but the smartphone belongs to grey.

Not this one, they are looking for a wallet for S20 Enterprise Edition, S20 FE is Fan Edition and has other device dimensions.
