Vesa 400x400 and 36KG. It should therefore fit according to the specifications.
I would recommend these as the workmanship is excellent: Vogels Thin 550 (Wall, 100 ", 70 kg)
I don't know if the HDMI Atmos is suitable.

How is the picture when it is on in daylight? Is the 70T enough or is it worth upgrading to the 90T?

Unfortunately, we cannot answer your question, as we have not been able to test this in such a form. However, I will post the question in the community, and perhaps a user/other customer can help you further.
Nope, no, it wasn't included with mine and there was no corresponding plug/connector either.
