Yes, very bad... But yes, the 65" model of the S90F is QD-OLED. FAT in the model name is with QD-OLED, FAE with WOLED panel. In Switzerland (perhaps also in the EU as a whole), only the 65" model appears to be QD-OLED.
According to my research and the manufacturer's specifications, the difference here is only regional. Basically, the model designation "QE55S90F" and "AEXZU" is the region Switzerland, for example.
