This model is effectively simply supplied with a power adapter. You can find the other differences under this link. https://www.digitec.ch/de/comparison/21282288-19818515 Furthermore, the QE75LS03BAUXXN is currently in a promotion in which you can get an exchangeable frame for free.

Not having Salt TV I can't be sure, the Swisscom TV app exists and works. On Salt's website, they mention internet and Apple TV. I would recommend contacting Salt and see if they make the app for Smart TVs

No, I checked mine and it doesn't have the app in the "app store" but it does have e.g. Samsung TV app and there are many programmes, on the Samsung website you can see the available apps https://www.samsung.com/ch/tvs/smart-tv/smart-hub-and-apps/

Well, one is outrageously expensive, the price of the other is just plain cheeky. The picture quality is on a par with a Q70B, which is available for less than CHF 1,000. The rest you pay for the ConnectBox and the possibility to spend even more money on stupid frame extensions. Oh, and to your question: They are the same TVs that are simply given different names for the sake of "artificial scarcity". Don't let them take the piss out of you.

The main difference between NeoQLED and OLED is the backlighting technology. While NeoQLED uses LEDs to backlight the display, OLED pixels emit their own light. This results in OLED displays having better contrast and deeper blacks, while NeoQLED displays offer better brightness and more precise local dimming. Additionally, OLED displays tend to be thinner and more flexible than NeoQLED displays

There's nothing wrong with the Samsung QE65QN85B, in fact I'd say you won't find much better for the same money at the moment. But you don't have to expect a TOP TV for it.

Yes, it has. However, you have to switch to game mode in the menu, it doesn't do that on its own. I had already played Assasins Creed Odyssey in 4K and it looks fantastic. However, only about 80 to 100 frames, because my Graka is too weak on the chest. But I didn't notice any screen tearing or shuttering.

I am a bit surprised that 8K TVs are still searched for, there is no content to stream in 8K, there will never be a media supporting 8K, they take much more power, are extremely expensive and with this Samsung offering, this TV cannot create real blacks, this is only possible with OLED technology, even Samsung is realizing this now. These Samsung TVs could also have different model numbers if they come with different frame colors or as you mentioned yes intended to be for different regions. Nevertheless, I would also check out the very competitive priced 2022 OLED TVs from LG, you can get a 77 inch one with perfect black and infinite contrast for less than 2400, maybe this is also a good option? It also has DolbyVision, a feature that Samsung will never support. LG OLED77C27LA (4K, OLED, 2022, 77")
