Hello, unfortunately I can't answer that. I have a UE43KS7500UXZT and had no success. I had to send it back. But I can't say whether it was the TV or the used "One Connect".

As far as I know, this box does not contain a fan. As each type of Samsung TV has its own model of one connect box, there's a good chance that this one won't fit.
I had the same problem, ordered this box and had to send it back, the plug didn't fit. According to Samsung, the matching box for all these TV models with Connectbox is actually no longer available anywhere, which unfortunately turned out to be true. Very annoying not to be able to use the TV because of the broken box.

My experience is that you have to go through Samsung to be sure of compatibility, and that even then, a fault will not necessarily find a cheaper solution than changing the TV.
In my opinion there is no need for a power supply, just the cable supplied, for the Samsung TV. However, each TV model has its own specific One Connect, and if it doesn't work, it's not the right one.
