I have asked Samsung if I can order a replacement connect box incl. cable for the TV BN68-07864V. They said no and told me to buy a new TV. Now I see that you offer this box. Does it fit the above mentioned TV? Thank you very much for the answer.

I had the same problem, ordered this box and had to send it back, the plug didn't fit. According to Samsung, the matching box for all these TV models with Connectbox is actually no longer available anywhere, which unfortunately turned out to be true. Very annoying not to be able to use the TV because of the broken box.
