Hi, I purchased this and it struggles to get over relatively flat carpets, max 1cm high, it kept on telling me the side brush was stuck but it is screwed to the machine and can’t be removed to clean, the whole thing is super expensive and a total scam. I returned it after 4 uses because it was not working well. Save your money buy another brand or a handheld that does moping and hovering.

They are both very good devices, but I would probably recommend the Dreame X40 Ultra. It is more powerful, can last longer and is quieter.
