Has Samsung improved the charging function? Or are the charging pins burnt out after 20 times of charging?

The charging station is the same as the Gear Fit Pro. However, the new watch's modified shape should offer improved heart rate measurement and better charging, according to the manufacturer.

I would like to know if the information about availability is correct. I've ordered one from another online shop and the delivery went from 3-4 days to unknown to January 2018. Has anyone who ordered one from Digitec received it already?
