Yes, exactly. :) The 4G model allows you to use an eSIM with the watch, making it independent. While the other has to be connected via Bluetooth with a phone.
Do you have a Bluetooth Watch4 or an LTE? If it is a Bluetooth, there must be a connection between the mobile phone and the Watch! Greetings from Herbert
According to the information gathered, EU models have differences in receiving watch-specific software updates that may vary from country to country. This means that if there is a specific update for the Swiss market, European models will not receive it, and there is a limitation of the Samsung Pay function as European models do not support Samsung Pay in Switzerland.
4G is with E-Sim and GPS is without E-Sim (with GPS 😉)
With the EU version, Samsung Pay does not work in Switzerland. In addition, the EU versions are not eligible for the Samsung Switzerland promotions.
