Yes, google pay works for me without any problems. I haven't noticed any other restrictions, although I haven't tested Samsung pay or Bixby.
EKG and blood pressure are only availalbe in some countries, and only if you have a samsung smartphone.
I think they do work in Switzerland but I can't test cause i don't have a samsung phone

Yes, but you need a subscription, usually around 5 chf, to be activated with your operator, if it is not already included; then the watch works completely independently of the phone, the only flaw is that the battery drains faster than the Bluetooth connection

The battery lasts just under a day. But that's not a problem because the Watch is SHIT, LTE version doesn't work properly, notifications are sometimes shown, sometimes not. I sent it back. Greetings
