To the owners, would you buy it again and does it hold 35 litres of fee bag well?

I think the bin is great...the 35 litre bags are too small...I solved it this way by putting a small box in the bottom. Then it also works with the rubbish bags.

I am looking for a free standing pedal trash can that fits the canton of Vaud's standard 35l trash bags, does this one fit the cantonal bags well?

I have received the bin, but I can't find the inner ring. Is it specially attached somewhere for transport and you have to find it first, or should it already be sitting nicely at the top of the opening when it is delivered?
