The Roborock Qrevo S is equipped with intelligent LIDAR navigation technology and an automatic dirt emptying function, but it does not specifically detect dirt on mops so that it returns to the docking station to clean them automatically. The robot hoover can overcome door thresholds up to a height of 1.9 cm. It manages to drive over these obstacles, however, with thresholds around 2 cm or with certain profiles, it can get stuck or repeatedly drive over them without completely avoiding the threshold. There is no specific setting for avoiding thresholds, only carpet avoidance.

The base station of this appliance is 52.1 cm high, 34 cm wide and 48.7 cm deep. The robot itself has a height of 8.2 cm. The diameter of the robot is not explicitly stated in the available data, but is typically between 30 and 35 cm for such models. The base station is therefore significantly higher than the robot itself.

Without Wi-Fi, you can only start the robot in standard cleaning mode using the physical buttons, but you cannot use the map function or scheduled cleanings.

Yes, you can clean parquet floors with the robot hoover. The Roborock Qrevo Plus is a robot hoover that can both vacuum and mop, making it suitable for delicate floors such as parquet. The mopping function ensures gentle cleaning that does not damage the parquet floor. The appliance also has intelligent control of the amount of water to prevent the floor from getting too wet, which is important for parquet. So you can have your parquet floor cleaned safely and effectively.

According to our information, the product has an automatic mop cleaning function in the base station. This means that the mops are cleaned automatically during and after use.

The robot hoover vacuums up dust and dirt, while the dirty water is automatically collected in the station. The station also empties the dust container automatically, so you don't have to remove the dust manually.

The delivery included a mains cable with a 90° angle on the appliance side. This does not fit, as the connection on the appliance requires a straight plug and not an angled one. After consultation/complaint, a mains cable with a straight plug on the appliance side was supplied free of charge. Hope this information helps.

Cable for CH socket is included. The only problem is that the connector for the station is often supplied at 90°, which is not possible. Write to Digitec Supoort if this is the case

Yes, and its working fine

The mopping function of the Roborock Qrevo MaxV is not necessarily recommended for an oiled, unsealed parquet floor, as there is a risk of damaging the floor. - The Qrevo MaxV's mops rotate and can effectively remove dirt when cleaning hard floors, but they could cause scratches or damage to a delicate, unsealed parquet floor. - It is advisable to avoid using the mopping function on such floors or at least test it carefully to ensure that no damage occurs. If you still want to use the mopping function, you should test a small, inconspicuous area beforehand to minimise the risk of damage.
