Hi , Is there a missing part for this product, someone is talking about something 90 degrees, I can not quite understand this product, we pay 1100 chf and we will not buy an extra part, please if we need to know I will place the order accordingly or I will not give it.

The delivery included a mains cable with a 90° angle on the appliance side. This does not fit, as the connection on the appliance requires a straight plug and not an angled one. After consultation/complaint, a mains cable with a straight plug on the appliance side was supplied free of charge. Hope this information helps.
